Refund Policy

Unlimited Runs is a low-cost one-time digital purchase. We want payment problems handled reasonably and quickly.

When to contact us

Please contact support@needleinahaystack.site if you were charged more than once, completed payment but did not receive access, experienced a material technical problem that prevented use of the purchase, or believe a charge was made in error.

Refund requests

For the fastest review, contact us within 14 days of the purchase and include the email address used at Stripe Checkout, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive banking information.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. We may decline a discretionary refund where the purchase has been successfully delivered and substantially used, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Required consumer rights

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived in your location.

Processing time

If a refund is approved, it is submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls how long the refunded amount takes to appear.
